Incredible evening of "gourmet art" at the Carcarille restaurant in Gordes

An extraordinary evening was reserved for us this evening by the French sculptor Arson and his friends Dominique and Christophe Rambaud, owners of the hotel restaurant Carcarille in Gordes.

Linking art and sculpture to gastronomy, the pastry chef, Mikaël, had the idea of ​​transforming Arson's famous sculpture, the Esculmau" into "real" ice cream, available in different delicious flavors. it was an opportunity for the sculptor Arson, inventor of the "greedy art" to present his famous "Esculmaux" on a large scale. In front of an audience of delighted admirers, he exhibited three monumental sculptures of his "Esculmaux", of 2 30m high!

Incredible evening of "gourmet art" . After having tasted them, we can confirm that these Esculmaux are indeed "famous" and that the pastry chef of this excellent restaurant is worthy of the greats.
