of some of my monumental works
in the heart of the Domaine du Colombier in Malataverne (26).
My sculptures are installed there in the heart of this green setting,
under the coolness of the estate's large trees.
From today and for several months, I invite you to visit this beautiful house located in Drôme Provençale, with a 1-star gourmet restaurant in the Michelin guide , a bistro 270, 1 Bib in the Michelin guide and a **** hotel. comfortable and refined.
Chef Johan THYRIOT and I share the same passion for the land and what it offers us to taste. It seemed obvious to us that my sculpture "The plank tree" should be installed in the heart of its aromatic herb garden, while Venus refreshes herself at the fountain and the riders gallop in the meadow - This garden of flavors is at discover during your visit because it is incredible! The chef grows very rare herbs there that he likes to discover through his cooking.
